It was serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday from April 2017 to April 2023, with its chapters collected in 24 Template:Lang volumes.

Publication

Written and illustrated by Template:Ill, Daiku no Hatō started in Shogakukan's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Sunday on April 19, 2017.[1][2] Kusaba stated that Ivan Aivazovsky's The Ninth Wave inspired the series' title and he wanted to make a work that leave the same impression that he got from the painting.[3] The series ended on April 26, 2023.[4][5][6] Shogakukan collected its chapters in 24 Template:Lang volumes, released from September 15, 2017,[7] to July 18, 2023.[8]
