| Summary = Despite being mortally wounded, All For One refuses to accept defeat and attempts to transfer his Quirk Factor to the now-Quirkless Izuku, intending to take over his body and use it to kill all of his enemies. Kurogiri betrays the Heroes and tries to save All For One, but Bakugo kills him by decapitating him with his "Explosion" Quirk, enabling Izuku to land the final blow on All For One's rapidly-decaying body. Inside All For One's mental realm, Yoichi tricks his brother's vestige into lowering his guard, allowing the vestiges of the other One For All users and Shigaraki to destroy them both with a combined attack. As All For One's body crumbles to dust, the dying Shigaraki asks Izuku to relay a final message to Spinner that he fought to destroy until the very end, before telling Izuku to "do his best" in the future. In the aftermath of the Paranormal Liberation Front's downfall, the Heroes who took part in the fighting slowly recover, while the foreign Heroes and civilians assist in the reconstruction efforts. Bakugo recovers in the hospital, where he discovers that Izuku is now permanently Quirkless, breaking down in tears as All Might thanks his two students for saving him. One month later, the U.A. third years officially become Pro Heroes, and Class A begin their second year; Aoyama announces that he will be leaving U.A. in order to atone for his crimes, with Shinso being revealed as his replacement. The Todoroki family visits Toya on his deathbed, where Endeavor announces that he will be retiring and intends to keep atoning for his sins by visiting Toya until the day he dies. As the Todoroki family prepares to leave, Toya shows remorse for his actions and cries as he privately apologizes to Shoto. Hawks, who has become the new chairman of the Public Safety Commission, pardons Nagant, but she chooses to remain in prison, believing that she will never be able to fully re-integrate into society. Izuku visits a recovering Spinner, who refuses to forgive him for killing Shigaraki and reveals that he plans to write a book that he hopes will inspire a new generation of Villains to rise up. As the students assist in the clean-up efforts, a despondent Uraraka grieves over the fact that Toga sacrificed her life to save hers, but Izuku is able to comfort her and admits that he considers her his "Hero". At the same time, an abused child with a destructive Quirk emerges, but before he can go on a murderous rampage, he is helped by the same old woman who abandoned Tenko on the streets. Eight years later, Izuku, who has been forced to retire from hero work after losing One For All, now works as a teacher at U.A., seeing all of his former classmates working as successful Pro Heroes in various ways. After encouraging a young boy named Dai, who is being bullied for possessing a weak Quirk, that he can become a Hero, Izuku is given a suit of powered armor by All Might, based on the "Armored All Might" suit that he used in his final battle against All For One, allowing him to re-join his friends as the first-ever Quirkless Pro Hero. A month later, the former students of Class A reunite to celebrate Shoto reaching second place in the hero rankings and discuss their plans for the future. The series ends with Izuku and Uraraka confessing their love for one another, as Toga's ghost watches on in approval.
