MechWest

MechWest is an animated series that blends western frontier settings with giant mech robots, created by an independent father-and-son animation team. The show follows a cattle-drive-style adventure narrative reimagined with mechanized vehicles and characters in a frontier setting.

Production

The series was produced independently out of St. George, Utah, by a father-son creative team, and grew from a self-funded passion project into a recognized animated property covered by trade press. The creators were honored with a Telly Award for their work on the series.

Distribution

International distribution and licensing company Toonz Media Group signed a global distribution deal for MechWest, expanding the series' reach beyond its original independent release. Animation Magazine has covered the series' continuing development, including new installments following its initial run.
