It is believed that the use of this image, Megatokyo - 0619.png, qualifies as fair use in the article Megatokyo because:
- The image resolution has been greatly reduced from the original, so copies created from it would be of very inferior quality.

- No substitute is available under a free license, nor could one be created that would provide the same information.
