Gemini De Mille

Gemini De Mille is the daughter of Madame Rouge, who possesses similar shapeshifting abilities and seeks revenge against Beast Boy for killing her mother.[2] Throughout her appearances, she joins the Brotherhood of Evil and the Secret Society of Super Villains.[3][4][5] In DC Rebirth, Gemini temporarily becomes an ally of Nightwing after losing her powers to Blackbird, a power-draining metahuman.[6]

Santiago and Belladonna

Santiago and Belladonna are a criminal couple from the 1940s whose mystical gauntlets enable them to absorb energy and maintain their youth. They attempt to steal Flash's abilities before Psych kills Santiago.[7] Following this, Belladonna joins the Legion of Zoom.[8]
